When asked about her music and where the inspiration comes from she said, “It really comes from everywhere; personal life experiences, things I’ve heard on the radio or seen in movies, and the lives of others around me.” Growing up in rural Alberta, Lisa performed everything from the Rock classics to the Broadway ballads and everything in between. She has performed alongside such seasoned performers as Bob Halligan Jr. (writer of “Some Heads Are Gonna Roll” performed by Judas Priest) and Cheryl Hodge (nominated for Best Blues Song 2011 at the HMMAs).
