I actually wrote the song "Break Down & Cry" many years ago, but never professionally recorded it until now. It is kind of a paradox in that it is a heartache song with a cheerful upbeat tempo. I think many people can relate to the lyrics in this song. I would like to thank all the excellent musicians who performed and created this recording with me, and made my vision of this song come to life. They are - Brian Cogburn (fiddle); Matt Cordono (pedal steel, dobro, and electric guitar); Lucky Lew (bass and percussion) and Dave Hawkes (drums). Lucky Lew (Wave Parade Recording) also did an excellent job of mixing & mastering, and I would like to thank him for bringing all the parts together and making this song sound awesome!
