GG Allin was the most extreme musician to ever set foot before an audience. His shows were a bloody carnival of nudity, violence and bodily fluids. Noone dared to attempt what he did, and since his death in 1993 nobody has even come close. His career was filled with self-indulgent excess, excrement, deviant behaviour & bizzare sexual practices. Violence, masturbation and urine drinking never been this much fun!

HANGÖVER, on the other hand, is a beer powered metalcoholic trio, which came to life for a sole reason of creating drinking friendly music without giving too much f**k. The band came alive back in 1997, formed by beer thirsty Hellbastard (aka Hellhound Warpig) and Slut Eviscerator. The drunken duo quickly recorded a shitfaced demo tape “Terrorbeer” which was finally released in 2000 by Deathstrike Records (Germany) and sold on 500 copies worldwide, causing confusion and setting up new trend for retro-styled alcoholic metal in their native Poland.

HANGÖVER though, being lazy scumbags as they are they didn’t do much for a while, with an exception called “Thrash Metal Blitzkrieg” EP in 2005. In Autumn 2005, Hellbastard joined forced with fellow Swedish alcoholic Krigkniv (of Horned or The Law fame) on guitars and long time friend Dreadnacht, who took over the bass duties, and during the three days or drunken madness recorded a splendid tribute to the rock’n’roll hero namely GG Allin, putting together an excellent compilation of GG’s best songs from the early era and some blasters from his last effort ever “Brutality and bloodshed for all”.
