This EP is a collection of singles put together as an album. The first song (title song) which is called 'Man Iranam' simply means 'I am Iran'. The words are taken from a poem written by Houshang Mahmoudi who was sentenced and killed by the Islamic government of Iran only because of his belief in the Baha'i Faith. In this poem he writes about Iran with utmost love and admiration, for here is where Baha'u'llah the founder of the Baha'i Faith appeared. He refers to Iran as the spot where the Sun of Reality shone and brought new life to the world with its teachings of universal peace, elimination of racial and religious prejudices, equality of rights for men and women, and its many teachings centred on the pivot of the unity of humankind.
