Caught in a Storm is the story of one of the more interestings years to ever happen to a person. It's a musical story about my year last year, it is also a tribute to all who currently or have ever experienced mental health problems in their lives. A reminder that you are not alone in your struggle. The sale of this album and all revenue made from it will be donated to the mental health charity Mind.
