* In the summer of 2002 two odd figures that go by the names Danny Galarza and Davi began work on a side-project they called "Danvi and The Gliders" * The album was recorded in a small storage room with extremely hot temperatures and severe humidity * Mixing and recording was done by Danny Galarza on a digital 12-track recorder * "Danvi & The Gliders" was given a limited release in the fall of 2003 * This record has a pop/rock feel to it, a touch of funk, some blues, a lot of improvisation, quirky humor and meandering lyrical themes
