At this stage with Gfam, the members of this crew are my wife, Marilyn Gonzalez and I, Jonathan Gonzalez. First things first, let me explain why we go by Gfam. We did not want to bring any attention to ourselves so we decided to label who we are on a larger scale. Gfam stands for God’s family. We are members of 1 Body, who felt led at this time in our lives to do our part in the kingdom in the form of music. Though, we won’t in any way limit ourselves to just music. I am a licensed minister and my heart’s desire is to bring the Word in any shape or form. My wife, Marilyn, is also passionate about teaching. Her desire is to teach and disciple woman. We are proud parents of three beautiful kids – Dominic, Ariana and Sonai. My wife is 26 years old and I am 27. I say all that to say that there is nothing that God cannot do. We never envisioned ourselves recording an album and now here we are. There is no doubt in my heart that God is in the midst of this music. We’re awaiting BIG things for the Kingdom. New Album “Love Jams” For many, this is not your typical worship album. We wanted to record an album that would inspire and stir the hearts of a culture resulting in a closer relationship with God. From the start, our desire was to love God through the music that overflowed from our hearts, hence the title of the album “Love Jams”. Each song on the album will lead you down a different path with God. All I Need will lead you down a path that says, ‘God the world tells me what I need to have or do in order to be happy and complete, but I’ve come to a place where I know for myself that You are all I need. Incredible takes you down a path that says, ‘WOW! If I had to choose one word to describe how good you are I would say incredible!’ Our prayer is that each song will bring you that much closer to our first love. I leave you with this last thought, DREAM. Never stop dreaming. People’s lives become mundane when they stop dreaming. There are dreams inside of you that are waiting to become reality. DREAM. LIVE.
