This single "Static Vitality" is a combination of rhythms of Brazilian, African, Latin, and Caribbean descent which can be described as fast moving, vibrant and pulsating. With a great focus on the Carinval music and rhythms of Brazil Justin uses the drum kit to reinvents and reappropriates that music. The sounds are so unique and truly a pastiche of African and Brazilian rhythms, served as excellent fodder for inspiration. Through his music he hopes to paint the image of people parading through the streets in the Brazilian Carnival.
