"I’ve lived a short life but traveled long distances’ says vishruti, an indie-folk singer-songwriter, whose powerful voice and poignant lyrics take the listener to places of nostalgia, reflection, and melancholy. Originally from India, vishruti has traveled around the world that has helped draw her musical influences. She is currently translating these experiences and discovering her own sound while working on her debut EP changing cities.

Her debut single, 'changing cities, reprise,' talks about the difficult confrontations that come with moving to a new place; a combination of feelings, from leaving your loved ones behind to the uncertainties of what’s going to happen next, as well as the need to find yourself."
