Just like Taiwan traditional snacks, Braised Minced Meat Rice, eating a small size of it is satisfying enough, but it still go with many other dishes. In the same way, Tainanese don’t dream to be the only giant, but do what is valued although there’s only themselves who think so. However, they cooperate with each other to build the great culture scenes in the city. In Mandarin Chinese, we use the same verb which is pronounced “jiào”, to refer to both ordering dishes and naming somebody. It’s fun in common. I pick up the concept to show my love to braised minced meat rice, and tell the world that I live my life in the style just the same way as the charming dish.
