Mr. Mikes comes straight out of the world of Early Childhood Education to bring fun, exciting music to children around the world. There is just something about music that makes us all feel good and kids are no exception. After spending years performing for the children in his own classes and then the children in other classes, at libraries, birthday parties, and then some, Mr. Mike began to record the songs that he had been writing and developing all along. His first album, "Sing-Along with Mr. Mike," featured songs that children could, well, sing along to, encouraged within most songs by Mr. Mike himself. When it came time to work on a second album, Mr. Mike considered many different options. The one thing that he kept coming back to was stories. Children love listening to Mr. Mike tell stories! And, so, on Mr. Mike's second full-length album, "The Kids, The Animals, And The Troublemakers," each song tells it's own unique story. Some songs center around every day things that children experience - fear of the dark, staying safe while going on a trip with Mom, cleaning up toys. Some songs focus on the sillier side of things and some tricky and troublesome little troublemakers, both in the human and the animals worlds. And, let's not forget the return of one of the most popular characters from Mr. Mike's first album, Tommy the Train as he gets ready for the biggest race of his life. There has never been a more exciting time to be a child and Mr. Mike can't wait to jump on board with you and join in the fun!
