Zeneli was born 1959,in the city of Ulqin now in Montenegro. former Yugoslavia. Haxhi Zeneli started music recording in "Radio Pristina-Kosova" year 1982. Zeneli recorded 4 albums with Albanian traditional Music from city of Shkodra and Ulqin,with a very well known albanian composers like:Mark Kaftalli, Luan Borova and Shpetim Saraçi,Edmond Zhulali..Zeneli is continuing to work hard preserving the true art of albanian music from his home town.
