Mary Anne Sheets is a writer from a small town in Virginia who has been writing songs most of her life. Her style is a combination of traditional country, bluegrass and gospel. She has co-written with song publishers and has had many recorded. She does not read music, but instead writes the tune of the song as she writes the lyrics.
