简介
To much these days there is just too much music to listen to. But if there was one album you needed to listen to it would be "First In Last Out". Far from the normal Auto-Tune that most artist and listeners crave for looking for the commercial hit; this album is just the opposite. This album falls in line with the what most hip hop fans call real hip hop. In the darkest hour of hip hop where most artist choose not to rhyme but rap words we cant understand E-LUX zones out on this album to set the record straight that real hip hop has not left the building. With artist emerging who have been tasked with the mission of bringing real hip hop back to the listeners, E-LUX has been on the same path in doing just the same in his own way. With independent success of his first album "FALLEN SOLDIER" and the group QUIET MOB album "Enormity" he continues to raise the bar with his creativity. The album "First in Last Out" sees E-LUX step his game up as a producer and an mc. Staying true to lyricism and dopeness you can hear it throughout the album on songs like "Nostaglia" he gives you quick flash back of him growing up in Harlem and hip hop as he experienced it; "Where Do I Begin" he talks about mc's who claim to live a lifestyle that they do not live. "Oral Surgery" he delivers that rapid fire lyricism and swag that he has become to be known for with sharp lyrics. His delivery is flawless. "Thiis Generation" he takes it to you straight to the head painting a picture of how this generation has changed and how he has changed along with it all while remaining the same. "Everything is Everything" he rhymes a perfect normal day in the projects on a saturday in New York City painting a vivid picture which leaves the listner thinking you are right there with him. With many more songs to his credit on this album he spits verses and verses, and then more verses! Proving that he can hold an album down by his self with only one feature on the entire album. Not many mc's today can actually do that without having a host of other mc's and guest appearences on the album. One has to ask one self where does E-LUX find the time to write and self produce his own work as well producing for the group QUIET MOB which he is also a member of. At the end of the day it's all about the music for E-LUX. Hard hitting beats, kicks and snares for days accompanied by a swift delivery, deep voice, tight choruses, clever lyrics, and reality all wrapped up into one project. E-LUX harped on all major components on this album to bring a nice plate of food from the kitchen for you to get full on. Die hard rap fans will appreciate this album.
