The RAYVN Project is Multi-Instrumentalist, Songwriter & Producer Raye Smith and Singer/Songwriter Victor H. Nelson Jr. This same duo that brought you the 2010 hit "Occasionally" from Victor's solo "Transparent" album, have collaborated once again on their self titled album "The RAYVN Project Vol. I".
