Steven G and the JRs bring you a mix of social music (jazz), soul, R&B and funk. This trio is one of the hottest in the upstate SC area. Steven G (latest Itunes Single "BREAK TIME") is known for playing at the Inn on the Square for Saxy Wednesdays. Antonio Edwards Jr brings you cutting edge piano and vocal skills and can sing whatever is requested. Carlton J is a multi-instrumentalist and world class percussionist and producer! This band can SWING like the bebop musicians, keep you rockin' on the dance floor, or provide a nice elegant setting for your event. Not to mention, the band also provides a few beach tunes in the mix and is currently recording and working on original compositions. This would be an awesome band to have at your event whether you want a live party or a relaxed cocktail hour . "CHILLZ" is the title track and it's a smooth jazz dance track sure to make you move and listen to brilliance of STEVE G. "I love you" (track 2) was written before Antonio's wedding and he actually sang it live to his wife at the wedding in 2015. "Funky Blues" is meant to be for everyone in a style that any age can recognize and enjoy. As music directors in three different churches, the trio had to include something at the end for those who love praise break. Thank God, finally our first EP!
