Lado Oriente, which roughly translates to eastside, is a group of bay area cumbia veterans who originally formed in 2002 in East San Jose. By bringing traditional Cumbias, Son Cubano, y Son Jarocho to the bay area music scene, we aimed to foster a cultural exchange with musicians and music lovers locally as well as internationally.
