When you write and record as much as I do, there's bound to be some down time between projects where odds and ends collect, almost haphazardly. These songs are from that in-between-time, but to call The In-Between, So Sweet haphazard would be amiss, I believe. In their lack of a home, they have found a home together in this collection of songs. From earthy to psychedelic, acoustic to electric, soft to raging, the album moves fluidly, holding on to pieces that tie the EP together. Thematically this album is almost split down the middle, equal parts frustration and hope. The finished product is, The In-Between, So Sweet.
