Men of Note enjoys reshaping traditional or familiar songs of inspiration, using fresh harmonic and rhythmic treatment. The ensemble has utilized the vocal arranging skills of its own members, as well as the commissioned work of industry professionals such as Raul Ferrando and Natalie Cadet. With the current release - Throne Of Grace - Men Of Note introduces to the world the songwriting creativity of its own founding member, Tsegab "Bicko" Fenta. In this song, Bicko reaches deep into his heart and tells a story of Transforming Grace, which the group delivers with an inspired performance. The track is produced by Mr. Ferrando who also adds the instrumental arranging, and vocal arranging credits are shared with him by Ms. Cadet. The recording utilized the prodigious talents of Abraham Laboriel on bass and Eric Jackson on guitar.
