The Southside Aces are a sextet from Minneapolis playing New Orleans jazz. We play music that spans over a century, from Jelly Roll Morton, to Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington, to music of the 21st century. We play the old songs hot and sweet, and like to play the music of this century as you might have heard it from a band of the last century.
