The Album "Just Like You" by Alyssa Kay was recorded in Lusaka, Zambia and includes Zambia singers and musicians with a broad sound and approach. The album took a year and half to produce while Alyssa was 16 and 17 years old. The album is filled with original songs along with two hymns. The album includes songs of worship, personal songs that come from the Word of God, and some that simply tell a story in life. You will find this true when listening to "Everything" from Acts 17 to the duet with Ephraim The Son of Africa on the song "Only You" which tells a story of two passengers who are on the ship with the Apostle Paul in Acts 27. Later on the Album, you will hear the AK version of that same song with a different musical arrangement. Alyssa Kay wanted to complete the album with one of her favorite hymns "Be Thou My Vision." She was so excited to include Grandpa on the violin, you will hear this in the 3rd verse of the song. We hope you will enjoy the album "Just Like You" that features the many talents of the Zambian singers and musicians with an international approach in sound and arrangement.
