I feel that all of the songs on this album express the breadth of human experience beyond just the surface of life. Some songs date back more than ten years yet I find they are still relevant and timely. Others have been created in the past two years. I love writing songs about consciousness and our Divine nature.

I recorded this album in Bali Indonesia in a month between early January to early February 2014. It was an amazing experience on many levels. I moved through fears to do something so "outlandish" in following my heart! The spiritual teachings I love so much "The Way of Mastery" were connected with an Ashram in Ubud Bali. I had many friends of the heart (as we love to call anyone we deeply resonate with) there at the time who helped support me beyond what I could have ever imagined.

I am grateful to be able to have created this album and in its ripe timing be sharing it with others.
