After joining his talent in producing \"FUSIONES\" with Richard Downs and Enrique Cardenas , Carlos Lazarte (Ibera / Pedazos de Piel)colaborates in this CD with Enrique Cardenas, composing someof the tracks and recording and mixing all of them. This joint effort aims to provide music to enhance the practice of a wide espectrum of diciplines (Yoga, Tai-Chi, Reiki, Feng Shui, Bonsai, Massagge , tantra , etc.). It is an invitation toi allow the flow of healing and creative energy within, heightening the union of the body, mind and spirit. The musicians: Enrique Cardenas: Mexican musician with native american (arapaho- cheyenne) ancestors who has maked influnces from Tarahumaras and other Nothern Mexico\'s ethnic groups.His studies and experience on alternative therapies in Santa Fe, New Mexico empowered him to add a healing character to his music. In 1996, he created the Kokopelli Project with the purpose of spreading the kjnowledge and use of the native american flute though U.S.A., Europe, Puerto Rico and Latin America. Cardenas is a wide spectrum composer who has produced more than 20 Cds on his own and in colaboration with other musicians, creating amazing fusions of jazz, nea age, native american chants, celtic music, samba, tantric ragas fron Indiaand many more musical expressions. He has performed and alternated with the master Francis Shawrtz, the tibetan monks, the jazz composer William Cepeda, Sangeet, Nydia Caro, Danny Rivera, Tito la Rosa, Andrew Alvarez and other greatmusicians all arround the world. He has also performed in seminars of Brian Weiss, Deppak Chopra, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Jack Canfield. He has composed soundtracks of many movies,as well music for theater plays, documentaries and commercials.
