Almost all of my music tells a story. Whether it's happy or sad, fast or slow. My aim is always to have that something in my music or lyrics that the listener will latch on to. In the case of this track, YOU'RE HAPPENING TO ME, the aim was to move away from multi-layering and come back to just piano and vocals, and in turn keeping the music simple therefore giving more emphasis to the words. It's had very positive reviews so far, and has already featured on radio both in the UK and Ireland.
