Johnny Pierre is a Long Island based musician who's been active on the local music scene since 1976. As the lead singer of the legendary Long Island rock band, the Freelance Vandals, Johnny opened for such notable artists as John Hiatt, Dr. John, NRBQ, Paul Butterfield, Rick Danko and Albert King. Johnny’s obsession is songwriting which is something he’s been doing since 1966.
