I started out as a guitar player, but after hearing ukulele legend Jake Shimabukuro playing his phenomenal cover of George Harrison's "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", I fell in love with the little ukulele. It really is hard to be anything but happy when playing the ukulele, and I find myself picking it up first thing in the morning and grabbing it again as soon as I get home. Actually, I usually take it with me everywhere I go. Early on, I mostly put together cover arrangements of my favorite rock and pop songs, and this is probably my favorite from that set. Just like it says in the title, this song always makes me want to just get up and dance. I hope it makes your feet happy, too!
