About the meditations on this CD: 1.) The Golden Thread: In this meditation you will visualize a golden thread coming down from the sky and entering into the top of your head. This thread will assist you in healing, opening and balancing your crown chakra. It will also help you to welcome in the divine energy of the Universe that here is to love and support you at all times. The more you play this meditation the more you will deepen your connection to divinity, your Higher Self and the Universe.  As you imagine the golden thread weaving all throughout you deep feelings of connection, love and support will fill you.  The golden thread continues all the way down through you, and continues down into the earth, which will deeply connect your root chakra, or your grounding chakra, to the earth. ​By having this thread connecting you above and below you will feel your spirit balanced as it is open to the cosmos but grounded in this world. 2.) Open & Expand: Open and expand to the fullness of who and what you are, beyond all limiting beliefs and perceptions. This meditation is designed to allow your soul to see and remember it is as big, beautiful and powerful as the whole Universe. It will soften the rigid walls of your ego in a safe and loving way. Opening and expanding is a powerful thing. It not only awakens you to more of your true self, but it assists you in every area of your life. You will truly feel this meditation brings in feelings of transformation and metamorphosis. It begins with a process that relaxes your entire body and mind. This relaxation process is designed for two purposes - the first to get you to ease away from your mental chatter, and the second to gently prepare you for the process of letting go of beliefs about yourself that no longer align with you. You'll begin this process by weaving a silver cocoon around yourself, dropping away your old self, and then emerge from it not only as the new you, but completely relaxed. After this you will begin your journey of expansion.  Following the guidance, you'll allow your mind to open up bit by bit. You'll go from visualizing the space you're in to the entire Universe. Here you'll rest and have time to reflect.  You will then be gently guided back to yourself, where you'll return with your new and wider perspective. You'll return remembering a bit more the infinite and exquisite nature of not just the Universe, but yourself and your soul.  3.) The Violet Flame: The Violet Flame is one of the tools for ascension or spiritual awakening. In some ways this is a meditation you are called to. You may hear of it and then years later feel the time is right to start meditating on it. Or it may show up suddenly and you know it is exactly what you need. It is a meditation for transformation and can be used to transform & transmute anything in your life, whether it be stuck energy, outdated patterns, karmic energy, relationships or an energetic vibration. It can bring you peace, ease and grace in your daily life. This meditation can be quiet powerful & transmute a lot of energy in you. You may feel very tired after you begin using it as it works on very deep levels. If you do feel tired take time for yourself and return to the meditation when it feels right. It will help relax you into a deep sleep and assist in healing and transforming during the night. The music will continue to play after the meditation ends to help you stay asleep (which is why the downloaded file is 85 minutes rather than 30). 4.) Chakra Balancing: This guided meditation will bring in divine energy that will restore balance in your entire energetic system. It is unique in the fact that it doesn't just work on your chakras, but also your meridian lines (the pathways of energy that run through your whole body), your auric body and your mind, body, spirit connection. You begin by choosing a star out in the Universe. This star will assist you in your healing process and allow you to surrender your problems, worries and imbalances. It will help you to remember that you are connected to the cosmos at all times. You are a sacred being, and you are deeply loved by forces that exist far beyond you. From this star a white thread comes down to you. You'll visualize this thread weaving through each of your chakras, bringing them support, divine healing, alignment and clearing away any stuck energies. Once the thread comes through your root chakra it will continue on deep into the earth, helping you to ground and further balance.  The star will send pure, divine love down through all of your chakras and meridian lines, ensuring your energy body receives the deepest healing possible. This will help return your chakras, and therefore you, to your natural state of love. At the same time, you will pull up energy from the earth, grounding you into the earth and your physical body, which is essential for feeling not only at home in this world, but passionate about your life.  After the guidance ends the music will fade out. It is followed by an optional ten minutes of chakra tuning forks. You may sit and relax and listen to these if you find it enhances your healing experience. Once you begin using this meditation you may find yourself guided to things that enhance, support or allow further healing. Things such as yoga classes, workshops, books, music, and so on. As you listen to this meditation try not to think about what you believe needs healing, such as a blocked root chakra. Trust that your Higher Self knows exactly what you need, and that the healing you receive might not be the one you expect, but one that is divine and perfect for you at this time.
