This is Stories In Trance. And here is the 28th release. We present to you White Motion with Solis. As Stories In Trance continues to gain positive acclaim and further develop its reputation, it is releases like this that maintain our high standards. White Motion (Rytis Gedvilas) has talent and imagination that are backed up neatly by his masterful ability, as proved by several strong productions already in his ever growing back catalogue. Two excellent rethinks of DJ Faisi's 'You & Me' (SIT #12) and the widely supported 'Belt Of Orion' by Airborne Angel (SIT #19) sit nicely with his debut original 'Oxygen' (SIT #22). Now with his second original 'Solis' Rytis continues to demonstrate he has a promising career in EDM in front of him. Plenty of choice with our 28th offering, we start with something special as it always is when Sweden's finest Airborne Angel (Gustaf Westin) puts in an appearance. On the back of several truly great originals here on Stories In Trance and beyond and fresh from his pretty much perfect remix of the massive 'What Dreams May Come' (SIT #26) by Oliver Imseng, Gustaf once again leaves us with a stunning piece of music, with production techniques second to none and his seemingly natural ability to take an original and create something truly diverse yet with all the usual Airborne Angel style. Next up come two differing versions from one hugely talented source. The BB Sound remix, along with the subsequent Alexander One & Davide Battista Club remix are fashioned and expertly produced by Italian's Petrone Carmelo (Alexander One) and Gabriele Stefanini (Davide Battista). Building on a successful 2011 and after making their first appearance on Stories In Trance with two excellent rethinks of Max Stealthy's 'Arrinera' (SIT #25), they return here with these two imaginative and varied takes on White Motion's original piece. The BB Sound remix brings energy and pace into the blend, leaving us with a real floor filler, whilst their second 'Club' remix is a more progressive, heavier and beautifully flowing version. And, as a bonus we also give you White Motion's Chill Out mix. Another example of the wide production ability and varied imagination of the talented Rytis Gedvilas. Stories In Trance aims to uncover the most talented and imaginative new producers and team up with some of the more established names in the scene to work together in evolving the sound. This release sticks firmly to our philosophy of not only showcasing a diverse range of sounds within trance, but also offering balanced releases by seeking out those that can interpret the original in a different way.
