Considering only harmony of body, mind and spirit, I undertook the making of this album in my log cabin studio in the woods. A myriad of native world instruments were at my disposal including a dozen Native American flutes; Japanese, Indian, Italian, Irish and Peruvian flutes; African, middle Eastern and oriental drums; a restored 1925 C. Bechstein grand piano, wind and reed instruments and an odd lot of percussion instruments. Of course, I had to play my American traditional favorites: guitar, piano, bass and drums. I composed these pieces with healing in my heart. Either the Universe makes sense or it doesn't. If it makes sense, then all things can be used in a spirit of complete wholeness, health and harmony. That is the intent of this album. May your soul be delighted and dance with joy as you experience this tapestry of healing music. 'Skyprints' vibrates the root chakra of your body. 'Awaken' and 'Firelight Firefly' are freestyle piano improvs. 'Belly Bols' and 'Light Dance' are a mixture of world ethnic instruments combing Japanese with Indian with Caribbean for example.'Rainbow Possibilities', 'Angel Wings' and 'Above Sense' are a Celtic/Native American blend. 1.
