(English) La Obra De Marte is a band that comes out with music that has a punch, but without losing the catchy melodies. In a scene that usually relies on grunting vocals, this band wanted to take a different direction by getting back to just clean singing. The lyrics are in Spanish in this first album. This band is influenced by bands like Pxndx (old Panda), Insite, Blink 182, Finch, The Killers, Protest the Hero, and even shred guitar artists. All with the final goal of having a good balance of punchy melodic pop punk, with an edge of metal, and still having some alternative elements on them. Its a great listening experience. (Español) La Obra De Marte es una banda que sale al mercado con su música fuerte, sin perder las melodías pegajosas. Rodeados de escenas de rock donde usualmente las voces son guturales y roncas, esta banda quizo tomar una dirección diferente al momento basando sus vocales exclusivamente en voz limpia. Las letras de este album son cantadas en español. Esta banda está influenciada por bandas como PXNDX (antes Panda), Insite, Blink 182, Finch, The Killers, Protest the Hero, La Secta, Black Guayaba, Maná, y hasta guitarristas de shred. Es una excelente propuesta musical.
