Locomotives is the project of Seattle songwriter Bryan Francisco. In 2012, Locomotives self-released their first album "Moving Machines" quickly selling out of the first pressing. Seattle Weekly music critic Joe Williams said about the record, "Musicians spend their entire careers trying to achieve the heft and clarity present on nearly every inch of the record." After spending most of 2012 playing venues across Seattle, Bryan Francisco has decided to enter the studio working again with Cameron Elliott at Broken Machines. In mid 2013, the band will release their sophomore effort entitled "Away With Words." The new record finds the band expanding their sound while staying true to the story telling of Bryan Francisco.
