In April 2015 Chimney Choir teamed up with Wonderbound, the imaginative Denver based ballet company, to create the genre-defying, experimental musical theater social commentary ballet “Boomtown”. The music of Boomtown incorporates an incredible diversity of sounds from chamber music to back porch folk songs to electro-techno dance party. The dark and comic tale pays colourful homage to Denver's past and present in a story about chasing dreams and taking chances in life, luck and love.
