Lara Janine is an accomplished singer, songwriter, musician, and actress. She has had songs placed in tv, film, and compilations. This latest single, "Ocean Drive" is in the 20th Century Fox movie "Diary of a Wimpy Kid 3: Dog Days" out in theaters August 3rd, 2012. Recent stage credits include Vices: A Love Story (world premiere), Happy Embalmer (NYMF). Off-Broadway: Rock of Ages (U/S Sherrie, Regina). Favorite roles: Wicked-Japan (Elphaba), Aladdin (Jasmine), Dvorak in America (Otilie). Workshops: Angry Housewives, Cross-Body Lead, Touch. Numerous national Applebees commercials, 2012 Metro PCS national commercial and print ads, films, voiceover work for Yu-Gi-Oh! cartoons, singing commercials for Mattel as well as the singing voice of the Princess Anneliese Barbie Doll and most recently A Perfect Christmas Barbie Doll, and singing voice of Melody in the film Barbie and the Diamond Castle. She is also a Victory Belle, having performed in Guam and at the Ellis Island Medals of Honor Gala.
