Following the release of her breakout single "Finding Hope," Ava has continued to stride forward in the music industry. She is one of the few artists who unfailingly integrates the many genres of music that influenced her life into the pieces she composes, and seeks to piece together meaningful lyrics that will be remembered by all those who listen. Ava wrote "Civil War" at the age of 13 in honour of those who have experienced the horrors of war. The imagery in this piece is striking, and for that, "Civil War" is often noted as being one of the most most impactful songs Ava has ever written. The single's art was created by Ava's close friend, Avery Creed.
