"2: sagrado e profano" is a modern take on a religous celebration in a small azorean village, having its program divided in ritualistic songs and leisure songs (the sacred and the profane program of the event). It trys to represent a particular cultural expression which, on one side, is influenced by spirituality and misticism rooted on the islands' raw nature, and on the other side is moved by romantic liricism of men living out of the land and the sea
