SAMURAI METAL -from THE LAND OF THE RISING SUN- 2001, HeavensDust ranked No.1 on MP3.COM Alternative and Metal charts over Marilyn Manson and Slipknot. They were picked as the "Great Unsigned Band". On iTunes Radio's weekly TOP10, they have ranked No.1 also over Korn and Linkin Park. 2003, HeavensDust appeared for the movie "Tokyo Party Nights" and did a sound track which was released from CloudNineRecords. Also their music clip was played on MTV and other major music TV's. Same year, they did a sound track for "DIVIDE" directed by Tsujioka. On iTunes Radio "TOP 100 Bands 2006" they were ranked 7th and picked up on foreign music sites and magazines. 2008, bring Beau Hill (producer of Ratt, Warrent etc..) as a producer, 5th album was released and was ranked TOP30 on CDBABY.com top sells. HeavensDust did a sound track for major Japanese film "SS" directed by Kobayashi and "Kijyo" directed by Tamae. They also have toured to USA and Korea including festivals and has made big success. On Myspace.com they have ranked No.1 on metal charts and growing fan bases over seas. 2012, May29th new album "The Ashes Still Warm" was released bringing Dave Chavarri (producer and drummer of Ill Nino) as a producer. 2014, HeavensDust released a charity EP for the Great East Japan Earth Quake “The Sounds Of Hope”. Artists include Dan Chandler of Evans Blue and Dave Cavarri of Ill Nino. Single was charted No.1 on amazon.com. They played at SEOUL SUMMER ROCK FESTIVAL 2014 and did a Japan, US tour. That summer they released their first remix album which include Taproot, Insolence and other major artists ranked TOP10 on amazon.com
