This is a little love song i wrote back in the 90´s with my spanish rock band,back then we recorded it with drums bass electric and acoustic guitars and mandolin from our drummer back then. I was never happy with the results back then but i knew there was something spiecial about it so this time i decided to re-record it in my little studio stripped down and very simple with only acoustic guitars,mandolins,Lapsteel guitar and bass. I wanted to create a folk acoustic love song in the styles of the great 70´s Rock Bands like The Rolling Stones,The Who,Pink Floyd,Led Zeppelin and Kansas to name a few,a little simple love song that applies to everything and anyone. I thought about songs like Dust in the wind,Angie,Behind blue eyes,Going to California,Wish you were here and other inmortal works of art. So i went and bought a cheap mandolin though i dont really play or owned one and what you hear here is my naive attempt. I always knew there was something speclal about this song because everybody that attended our concert always requested it back then. Esta es una canción original que escribí en los 90´s con mi grupo de rock en español. En aquel tiempo la grabamos con guitarras electricas,acousticas,bajo y bateria,mas nunca estuve completamente satisfecho con los resultados. Esta vez decidí regrabarla y producirla en mi estudio solo en forma mas sencilla e intima,solo con guitarras acusticas bajo,guitarra lapsteel y mandolina Quice creat algo con el estilo folk rock de los grandes exitos de los 70´s y de grupos como The Rolling Stones,The Who,Pink Floyd,Led Zeppelin y Kansas entre otros. Luego pensé en canciones como Dust in the wind,Angie,Behind blue eyes,Going to California,Wish you were here y otros. Siempre supe que esta canción tenía algo especial ya q la gente siempre la pedía en nuestros conciertos.
