“Longing” is a unique project in that it was begun with no songs to record. I had been asked to make a one hour worship CD for small groups that have no worship leader. I sat down and began to do what I normally do when I worship for a long time… just pray and play. In this case I recorded it, too. Then later a driection emerged, songs were added as were readings and layers of other instrument tracks, and here it is. So this is a very up close and personal project and is what you would get if I sat in your livingroom with a guitar and we worshipped together.
