Producer Thomas van Nes has been living in Asia for more then twenty five years. Since he opened his recording studio in 1997 he has been working on a wide variety of music with a passion for relaxation music. Breathing Clouds is the ninth CD in the Rejuvenation series. This series has been created in close cooperation with both Western and Eastern massage & health therapists and yoga and meditation instructors. The melodies will inspire the senses and natural energies through the meditative space they create. Combining his passion for music and traveling he has recorded in many Asian countries creating a fusion of traditional and Western sounds. On this album master Bansuri flutist Shyan Kishore weaves a magic spell with his enchanting melodies and layered hypnotic themes. Thomas comments: "Music holds a fascination for me that cuts across cultural, geographical and spiritual divides. It has the power to reach out and touch the hearts and souls of all. It’s a common language that we can all understand and appreciate, and it can help to bring us closer and together. During the latter part of the Thai winter in 2012 all lives of those involved were touched and enriched by Shyan’s warmth, smiles, indomitable character and the sounds of his flutes. He has been playing Bansuri flute on a global journey since 1996. His Guru Ji is Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. Whenever performing his intention is to allow the music to flow freely from his heart and penetrate the hearts of others so as to awaken their potential to channel as divine creative beings."
