简介
Jacksonville is a hymn to Jacksonville and surrounding cities. It has a soft tropical rhythm. I was inspired by our beautiful beaches, parks, gardens, the St. Johns River, but mostly by the giant, generous heart of our people. Jacksonville is fun and its home. I love it here! Dance this song with your special someone. I thank God/Goddess for the talent given to me and I dedicate this song to all my heavenly and earthly family, specially to Allie, my daughter. I was born in Puerto Rico, but have lived in the United States most of my life. I love these countries! I am blessed with two Motherlands. I am a songwriter, singer, musician, recording engineer and producer of my songs. When you have little money you have to do it all, but I am used to it, since I have been singing and songwriting since I was a little girl. My sincere thanks to Photographer Jose A. Suarez, who also participated in the Cheer for the Jaguars. I was around thirteen when my song "A Cambio De Que" won the song festival at my school. Around that age I also became the laughingstock of many in my school when I told them that I would sing in the "Fiestas Patronales", (in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico) which is a large celebration in Puertorican towns. They bring the biggest musical stars. I had the last laugh the last day of the fiestas when I convinced the biggest Pop stars of the day (Nelly and Tony) to let me sing with them. They did and the rest is history. Mockery turned into my five minutes of fame. I became known as the girl who sang with Nelly and Tony. I am placing my music on the internet because I want my songs to be enjoyed. I also like helping the very poor and selling my songs will provide me with more money to continue doing it. In spite of the financial stress that we go through there are others that have it worst. I experience the love of fans through their applause, kind complements, and hugs. I write Rock, Country, Pop, Latin (Salsa, Merengue, Balada, Bolero, Flamenco, Ranchera and other styles). I have sacrificed a lot for my musical career. Slept in cars, traveled long distances, spent sleepless nights recording. strugled to get equipment and at times had to sing sick. Most radio stations would not play unknown's music. It has been a hard road that at times seems to lead nowhere, but it has taught me many lessons of humility and patience. It has all been worth it because music gives me joy and I am crazy about it. Music is my miracle. It channels through me and I deliver it to you straight from my heart and my soul. I pray that you will enjoy this song as much as I enjoyed writing and producing it. Love, Ana Celia
