I wasn’t sure that this was possible to do the first time. It was a leap of faith. I was trying to be obedient to where God was leading me. And sure enough, it happened. Wonderfully Made was a blessing, not only to me, but to so many. Now that was amazing, but there was no way it could happen again, right? Well, I was blown away once again by the amazing support for this 2nd project, and I couldn’t be more thankful. My favorite thing about these albums is how God literally took nothing and formed it into something that He could use. Not for my glory, or for anyone else’s, but for His! “Storm This Castle” means so much more to me than just a title of a song. It is a reminder of the tough times, the times when we need to be loved, the times when we need to know that someone is there, and the times where we can’t stand through the waves that threaten to crash over us. However, it is more importantly a reminder of the one who is love, the one who is there, and the one who is the solid ground for us to stand on. God has revealed himself to me in many ways through struggle and triumph over the last couple of years and I did my best to capture it into music. These songs were written for specific people in my life and also as words of encouragement for myself. But I also know that they may have been written just for you. May God use this music to bless his Kingdom in any way that He sees fit. I’m so thankful to be a part of it and I can’t wait to see what God will do.

I have to thank my Lord, Jesus Christ for all that he has blessed me with and given to me in this ministry. I can’t believe that this has come so far. You have blessed me with the opportunity to share your heart with people through ways that I could have never done alone. You have inspired these songs from the beginning- through both difficult and joyous times. But no matter where the road took me, up or down, you were the constant along the way. When I gave you nothing, you gave me everything and then some. I will continue to do my best to praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made! Your works are good, and I still know that full well. Please continue to break down the walls that I try to build up against you, and remind me that you are the only ground that I can stand on. Storm these castles, Lord. Let your light come bursting through, and everything I have be built only on you.
