Two years ago, Calvin Kennedy and Adam Stecker started the group JumpStart and took on the personas of Young PK and Electricks to start their rapping careers. Black Out is their debut album, where everything is 100% original, with the beats created by Adam and the lyrics for each verse and chorus written by the two rappers, while recording on a microphone in Calvin's and Adam's houses. All the songs have a unique sound. With songs like "Why Not?" you get a pop style song with elements of story telling and a relaxing feel. Then you could shuffle and get a song like "Scream" an intense combination of bass and synth filled runs that will keep you on your toes.
