When Merrill Markoe, the original head writer of The David Letterman Show, listed her favorite moments from the show in Time Magazine, a performance by Harve Mann was number two. LET LOVE REIGN is a collection of One Mann Jams from this eclectic and prolific singer/songwriter. Among the highlights are a new version of ETERNAL TROUBADOUR, Harve's tribute to his friend,the legendary Tiny Tim and for the first time CHILDREN OF THE NEW WORLD a song from 1996 which was praised by Oliver Stone. Other highlights include a piano swing version of Harve's classic GINGER and NEW ME which features some of his best guitar playing ever. As always, Harve's lyrics are poetic, cosmic and clever and his melodies are original and catchy. His singing, free of effects, is natural, soulful and wonderful. This album should please Harve's ever growing fan base as well as being a great introduction to the genius of my favorite musical artist, Harve Mann.
