Lorenzo Sánchez Lorenzo Sánchez completed his DMA in piano performance at USC in 1992. He has edited most of Domingo Lobato’s music for piano solo, the “Sonata Nöel” for violin and piano, the Sonata for Oboe and Piano, and some art songs. Lobato’s Piano Sonata #2 and his “Tres Preludios” have been subsequently published by Ediciones Mexicanas de Música in Mexico City. He has recently recorded a CD (with violinist Konstantin Zioumbilov) that includes the “Sonata Nöel.”
