Adam and Eve became matter, or furnished the soil; Cain and Abel, the life bearing soil, the former, "the tiller of that ground or field". In all esoterical parlance, the Rephaim of the Old Testament, the Gibborim (giants, the mighty ones of old) and the Nephilim, who are called the fallen ones and angels, or Sons of God, the same became enamored of the daughters of men...they are all identical with mankind...Man has forgotten his origin.
