Naked & Shameless return in Mayberry STD, a filthy and funny CD (though one's never completely sure if they're in on the joke). After the release of 2 EPs in 2007 -- the lo-fi cowpunk Orange Peel Sessions and the garage/psychobilly Dig Big, Buck (Naked) and Dave (Shameless) turned in a dozen songs of ribald rural escapades, caught in the crossfire between Jack Starnes and Phil Spector. Tales of truckstops, groupies, and (mis)adventures abound, with obvious nods to their watershed discs 13 Drinking Songs and Hot Dawg!
