This song has a story. It's the beginning of Autumn in Iceland. Empty church by the lake. A lonely piano in the middle of the hall and me, trying to channel the rain and storm, the darkness and the magic of this day, into music.. The church keeper allowed me to spend a few days here in preparation for the album recording and I am still trying to complete the unfinished songs.. The fingers are sliding along the black and white keys and hours later, a delicate melody is beginning to emerge. I let this song be born out of the storm, out of the fact that I can be here in this massive room all by myself, in complete, absolute, beautiful solitude. In some strange way, I allow this song to become a little thread that connects me with this room, through space and time, through the years and through the distance that separates me from all of you. I want this song to be the reminder of being at this point of my life when I can create magic. So, let's meet in this imaginary space that gave life to Nebulae.
