Painted Raven is the Native American flute and World Music project led by Annette Abbondanza from Orlando, FL and joined by other musicians. Painted Raven's first CD titled "Spirit Journey" is comprised of 11 original songs featuring Native flutes, guitars, keyboards, ethnic percussion instruments and drums. The music is a creative blend of the ancient Native American flute, drums and percussion, along with modern day instruments and musical styles. The compositions range from briskly stimulating to the senses, as well as calming, reflective, meditational, and healing.
