简介
Recording All The Way Down for Barrett Anderson comes after years of playing with the best; he's shared the stage with Ronnie Earl, Pinetop Perkins, Levon Helm, T-Model Ford, Mike Welch, and more. The Boston House of Blues was home to Barrett's early shows, and the surrounding area remains a favorite haunt of Barrett's. All The Way Down was recorded in north Mississippi at Delta Recording Service. It features Barrett Anderson singing and playing guitar, with local musicians Eric Deaton (Junior Kimbrough) on bass, Daren Dortin on drums, Will Dawson (Alcazar Hotel) on the piano, Troy Eppenger on drums, and Jimbo Mathus (Squirrel Nut Zippers) on rhythm guitar. Recorded live using vintage technology, the album captures the visceral living blues spirit. It is an infectious combination of juke joint boogie, blues, and rock & roll. Enjoy.
