“Your My Christmas Angel” is from one of my Nashville sessions done at Direct Image Studios with Kenny Royster engineering. The studio musicians use the Nashville Number System and they are incredibly intuitive and talented players. The song session only took about one hour (!) and I came back later to do the final vocal. I added the background voices in my own studio and mixed and mastered it. The song itself is just one of many I have written when Christmas comes around and was inspired by a Christmas when all was not well with the world. Not every Christmas is full of joy and love, but we all hope that the Christmas season will make everything better. Sometimes it does!
